moses lake visit and great weekend

Vashon Island

we have had such a fun summer...pretty much on the go since july 3rd...we just got back from another trip to moses lake...my friend amy was in town (from CA) with her two little boys. we spent every day together, it was so nice! i wished we lived closer...i miss her already! the weather was great, so jade spent a lot of time swimming and riding her bike...she just mastered the peddling...pretty good for an 18mon old!! she must get her coordination from joe! my mom, dad and the kids and i drove back home on saturday - my dad was headed to the mariner's game, my mom headed to our house to watch the little munchkins so joe and i could go out and celebrate my last weekend in my 20's....we started out the night with a great dinner at joey's on lake union then we headed to a martini bar to meet up with some friends...it was so much fun...we went to several different bars in queen anne and ended the night at ozzie's where my sister, risa and i karoked "like a prayer" - great fun! i will link the pics as soon as i get them...i just had so much fun laughing and kicking back..i love going out with lorrie, risa and andra...we always have so much fun!!!

sunday we headed to vashon island where my aunt and uncle have a beach house...we were celebrating emily's 5th b-day. the weather couldn't have been nicer...so much fun. we had a great bbq and jade had so much fun playing on the beach...what a great end to a wonderful weekend!!!

now today is my big starbuck barista interview!!! it's at 5pm...wish me luck!!! enjoy the pics.
