happy birthday to me...ha ha!

so today is the big 3-0 for me...ugh! no, it's fine!! the day started out good...both kids slept in till 8am...that never happens!! my mom drove up and took me out to lunch, my sister met us too...after that we ran a few errands and then my mom had to go home - bummer!!! joe came home early with a surprise - DQ and a DQ b-day cake - my favorite!! so thoughtful of him...now we are headed to barnes and noble to spend my gift card that he got me too! i have had a great day - lots of b-day wishes, emails, phone calls, cards...it's so nice to be remembered - so thanks to everyone!! i also got these fancy new puma shoes and running pants - i really need to get back into the gym - i haven't been for about 2 weeks...tomorrow i will start...i guess i could start tonight..we will see. and my sis got me a gift card to gene juarez - can't wait to use that!! well it's been a good day - i can't believe i am 30 - wow....but what great years are ahead - watching my little ones grow up!!! oh one thing i just remembered...jade has been saying "birthday" all day long! so cute!
