so i had my follow up exam with my doc this morning...everything looked fine. they weighed me and i was surprised to learn how much i weighed - ahhh...i have lost 30lbs (20 of that was when i gave birth to cole), but i gained over 60 - they stopped weighing me once i was over a week...anyways, i have got to get back into the groove and get this weight off. so i started my work-out routine today...and it was very hard! my heart was beating so fast i thought it was going to pop on out....i am so out of shape.
we had a good day today - cole is getting more chatty - cooing a lot - it is so cute. he sure is a eating machine - he is eating between 4-6 ounces a feeding - sometimes every 2 hours...and then his big sis sure is eating good too...we had tacos tonight and she had a whole soft taco - that's a lot for her!
well cole is really crying so i gotta go...

I totally know how you feel. Just remember it has only been 6 weeks since you had Cole....it will all come off...Yeah for Jade eating a whole soft taco...that is great!!!
