4 outfits and poopy diapers

yesterday was full of outfit changing and poopy diapers...i changed cole's outfit 4 times...no joke. first he pee'ed all over outfit #1 (and me), then he spit up on outfit #2, then pooped on outfit #3, then pee'ed again on outfit #4...i think it must be these swaddler diapers...i usually use huggies natural fit, supreme etc...but target was out of them...anyways...i think we are a repeat of yesterday already, cause he just pee'ed all over me and his outfit when i was changing his diaper...i usually am really quick, but this time is little pee-pee just shot straight up and got over everything! ha! makes me laugh!

last night was a long night - cole decided to wake up at 1230, 230, 430 and then finally up for the night at 530 - ahh...didn't get any sleep at all. he has gas so bad....that's what was waking him up - he just grunts and grunts....poor little guy. jade woke up at 530 as well...i didn't get her up until 6am...she's already down for nap (845).

tonight i have my free personal trainer session- i am looking forward to that. i met my trainer guy the other day, really nice, he has his master's in clinical nutrition...so he must know what he is doing. i told him i did not want a body fat analysis...geez, i couldn't imagine what mine is - probably 50% - ha! 9 months of doing practically nothing in terms of physical exercise and eating donuts and DQ ice-cream will do that!
