back to the routine

after a busy week, we are back home and back to our routine. we spent 4 days in moses lake. it was blistering hot, so we played a lot in the pool. i got to see an old friend and her baby...so fun to catch up. visited with my grandparents and got to sleep in an extra hour every day! my mom and the kids and i drove back wednesday night...so the end of the week was full of shopping and the 4th. i got a great new pair of jeans...some of those expensive ones, that i swore i never would spend that kind of money on...well i got a pair and they are so cute! saturday a friend of mine from starbucks, her boyfriend, joe and i all went out. we first headed to a new restaurant in uvillage and then went to 88 keys, where one of our other co-workers plays the piano and sings. 88 keys is a dueling piano bar...so fun!!! i have never been to one and i will have to say i will be going back again....we had a blast. my dad drove up on friday so he and my mom babysat for us...joe and i had not been out in at least 4 months, so it was needed. too bad i had to work the next morning at 1030am...ugh. so yesterday was pretty brutal for me. on days like that, i often question myself why i am working...oh well. it's done.
on the house front, we have had about 9 or so people look at it, but no offers. i imagine it will be in the next month...gosh i sure hope so! our realtor and i have started looking for homes and i have found a development that i really like...near alderwood mall. we toured the model and it was absolutely beautiful.....and with a yard...which is hard to come by over here.
this week nothing is planned...get the kids back into their routine, then saturday we head back to moses lake for a full week. joe is headed on a camping trip with his dad...
well i think that is about it for now...
