if there is anyone out there that knows amy hake (baker) she just had a baby boy yesterday afternoon - sean william hake. 7lbs 13oz, 19inches...all is good. she only pushed 5 times! i am so happy for them - it is their second boy. i can't wait to meet him!
so monday we were back to the norm - nothing really new. joe started up his book writing again - he has been writing a young adult-adult book for the past 6 mon or so....got in a slump and is now back at it again! joe also had an interview with safeco yesterday for an IT Project Manager position...he wasn't totally excited about it...but still interested enough to go through the process. safeco is in seattle, so if he happens to get the job and takes it, we would move back to seattle - just can't do that long commute.
new thing that cole has started up - he is starting to react to jade - if she cries and then he gets sad and starts to whimper - this started when i was making dinner last night - jade had climbed up on top of her highchair and then started leaning back...i had told her to get down, of course, she didn't. so i went and picked her up and placed her on the ground...well this started a crying fit from jade...then cole decided he was mad too...started whaling too - ahhh...another reaction cole did was in joe sneezed while he was holding him...cole got scared and put out his pouty lip...so cute!
right now, i wish you could see jade - she is standing on top of the chair with her footie pj's on and her frilly easter hat on - so cute....she is so funny! oh and she is reading a book too....well babbling..
oh gosh...gotta go - she getting on the table...

Jade has no fear! I love it...and too cute that Cole reacts to Jade....Hope Joe's interview goes well for you guys...I am sure he will do great.
It's so fun when the sibs can start to interact together! I want to hear more about Joe's book . . .who knew?
