we had a good weekend. my parents came up on sat to help my sister move into her new apt...she is moving just down the street for us. that will be fun! i know she isn't that excited, moving away from her swanky belltown, but it will be so nice to have her closer! we also joined the same gym, so we will be able to workout more together. keep eachother motivated. anyways, so on sat my mom, jade, cole and i hung out - we went grocery shopping and to costco then came home and i made a banana cream pie - yummy. i got the recipe for the today show - anyways...it turned out well. as soon as joe, my dad and sis were done moving we went out to dinner at mcgrath's fish house in alderwood. sunday, i made a breakfast for joe and my dad - homemade buttermilk waffles, strawberriers, bacon and eggs...the pancake recipe i got from the today show too - it was one of martha stewart's recipes - really good...we got bacon from the meat cutter...i would say i prefer the cheaper cut...we got the expensive kind and it just seemed a bit tough...anyways, the breakfast was yummy. my parents left shortly after. joe spent the day playing his computer game - i got him an expansion to his game, but it didn't want to download....kathy came over for a few hours...she is getting ready to leave for DC. we will miss her!!

today they are repaving our road so we are stuck inside all day...i guess that is okay cause it's crappy outside...not much else new here...jade is being a bit of a pill right now...she must be tired...i better go..enjoy the pics!!
