with our neighbors and we love it! i can't say it enough...i am so happy to have found someone that is a stay at home mom (someone to hang out with in the day), with a child jade's age, and who thinks similiar to me...anyways, we have been busy busy...yesterday we headed to bellsquare for a toddler concert at potterybarnkids. it was fun for jade and evan...cole kinda stayed back with me while jade and evan boogied to the sweet nursery rhyme music. afterwards, we walked around the mall, got some lunch and headed home...nice time. monique and i have been going to the Y regularly...we are on our 2nd week of going every day. such a nice little routine. then usually in the afternoon she comes over here or we go over there...she is so afraid that i am going to sick of them...i don't think so! anyways, it's been nice.
this weekend my parents are coming up...we are having a little family b-day celebration for cole...my baby is turning 2..what? wow! i started out with the scooby-doo theme, got a cake ordered...well then i went to go look for little decorations for him...there is nothing scooby doo...must be too old school...sooo, we are having scooby doo cake and curious george decorations. he won't mind...he'll love it! jade and joe went out this evening for some daddy and jade time...they went to target and picked out a gift for cole. i guess jade wanted to get him princess stuff..ha ha...they settled on a thomas the train ball and a big stuffed monkey. cole loves animals. i got him a fancy shmancy light up fire truck that i think he'll like...i am sure all the noises will get old to my ears, but he will be sure to love it!
not much else to say...other then i ticked an old lady off today at top foods...if looks could kill..i would be dead. first of all, she cut before me in the check out lane, so i think she deserved all the noise cole was giving her ears...ahhh...cole was very ansty to get home, the whine quickly turned into a cry, a LOUD cry. of course, she was writing a check, and taking 10 mins to do so...so this wasn't helping matters. she even paused a few times from writing her check to look at me and give me a glare...AH for the love of peace! i swear...
okay, count down for survivor has begun, kids are in bed, i am ready to watch! it better be good, last week was a bit boring.

Did your neighbors move in recently? That is great to have a great new friend. I love meeting knew friends that have things in common. Happy b-day to Cole....wow 2!
