We had cole's dr appt this morning and all is going well. he weighed in at 33lbs and is 35inches...pretty big boy. he is doing so well...dr. wu was amazed at his vocabulary. of course, he learns so much from his big sis. dr checked his lungs and ears again because of his new cold...all is fine, he does has have a bit of fluid in one ear, but dr is going to try and see if his body can fight it off before antibiotics...i am glad we are going that route. we also got to do something special with dr. wu...she is doing a special project for a friend in TX and jade got to be a part of it...jade got her picture taken with dr. wu and got to pretend she was a doctor. she even got to wear dr. wu's stethascope. jade was in heaven...her new fav pretend play is being doctor to her dolly's and stuffed animals. we had a good time there...jade always get so excited to go see dr. wu...we (dr and i) think maybe jade will be a doctor! HA!
we (monique) and i are on our 3rd week of the gym. we are tracking our progress...we are training for a half marathon. i am not 100% that i will run the race, but i decided to follow the training program for fun. yesterday was 4 miles and we did 5!! yahoo! we ran straight for 2miles and walked the rest at a quick pace. tomorrow is run 2-3...ahhh...feels good afterwards though.
well kids are calling...gotta go.
