Today at 4:16pm, Cole was born two years ago! (the picture to the left, gma sally is holding him and he is only an hour old!) 2 years...wow, that went fast. I remember his birth like yesterday. I remember my doctor running into my room (cause i was just about to deliver) and giving me the okay to push...and here he comes! immediately they set him on my chest and wow...was he big and pink...perfect! after a few minutes they weighed him and we got a "oh my god" from my doctor...little cole weighed in at 10lbs 4oz and was 21 inches long! BIG! what a little chunk, i knew he was going to be above average, but 10lbs - whoopie! he was a week late though too...that had to add to it. anyways, what a great day it was....little jade came in and kissed his sweet cheek. okay, enough down memory lane...we celebrated his b-day this past weekend, my parents, sister and cousin came over for dinner...then my neighbor and her little guy came over for cake and ice-cream. it was a great low-key day. cole loved his trucks and his new pull-toy from jennifer. in fact, he was so engrossed with his trucks he didn't want any cake! wow!
here are some fun pics of the day...now today, on his real b-day he woke up with a nasty cold....WHAT?? great! so we are staying home from the Y and hope to nip this in the bud!

It does seem crazy that all of our "babies" are turning 2! Glad he had a good b-day!
Happy Birthday Cole! He was such a big boy when he was born! It was so fun being pregnant with you! We got Lila's gift, thanks so much! Cole's is getting mailed out tomorrow!
