tot spot cafe

this week has been more eventful then i thought it would be. i forgot that i had a supervisor training session on tuesday, so joe worked from home and balanced watching the kids...i think his day was pretty stressful. my day at the training center was boring with a capital B....i was taking the class with 9 other individuals and there was this girl in the class that kid you not, said the word "like" every other word...i have never heard anyone talk like that. ahhh..by the end of the 5 hour session i was about to scream! HA!
yesterday, it rained and rained, we had planned to go to an outdoor concert (for kids) at the kirkland marina park, but just didn't feel like sitting out in the rain...so we headed to the neatest little toddler indoor play gym with my neighbor and her little guy. it is in downtown woodinville and it's called tot spot cafe...the neatest invention i must say. there are tables and a coffee-bar like setting surrounding a huge area for the kids to play in...they had every toy you could think of. all set up so nice...the kids couldn't get out only if a mom opened the door for them...jade loved it!!! in no time, she was in a princess dress, high heels and strolling her baby along! ha! cole played a whole hour by himself...he kept right up with the rest of the 2 year olds. this allowed me to visit and get to know some more moms in the area...i met a really nice mom along with my neighbor and we have semi-plans for a picnic...it was a great hour spent! from there we picked up andra and headed out to lunch...came home, naptime and wouldn't you know it a realtor called and said she was stopping by to "preview" our house in 20 min...ahh..so i rushed around, cleaned everything up...she seemed to really like our place, but we haven't heard back..maybe this weekend.
today is a pretty low key day, i think we will just stay inside...it is raining of course...i don't mind, nice break from the humid weather. i sure can tell fall is coming...oh how i love fall..my most favorite time!
