it is official, our townhome is up for sale. just put the for sale sign out along with the fliers! i wish i could figure out how to upload my flier on the blog, but i just can't. so if anyone knows how, let me know.
gosh, i hope it sells...there are now 4 other 2bed/3baths for sale in our complex, we are selling ours for the cheapest. there is one selling for 339K, which is completely renovated, but i still think it's overpriced. once we sell, we are moving into a house rental. i have found a few, which i think are brand new homes that couldn't sell...anyways, we are very excited!
