sicker

so rather then getting better, i got worse. yesterday had to be one of the worst days i have had in a long time. luckily joe's cold had seemed to take a turn for the better, so he could help out when he got home. i called in sick to work, which i hate to do...and went to bed at 630. jade now has caught a bit of what i have...great! she was up until almost 10pm with joe...i sure hope the weekend goes a bit more smoother then the week has. i have felt like doing nothing, we have piles of laundry and poor joe and jade have been eating leftover hamburger helper for the past 3 days. but i have started on the 5 loads and will get my butt in high gear to the grocery store today...ugh, just thinking about venturing out makes me tired. but we are all out of diapers...and i don't want to use cloth ones...ha!
it's been so beautiful here...i feel so bad having jade cooped up all day in the house...hopefully this weekend joe and her can get some play time outside.
so little cole is a bonified walker now...he has such a cute little waddle...he is still very unsure about the whole thing, but now is getting up to walk rather then crawl! i have started to plan is his 1st b-day party. we will just have a little family gathering...i am going to do it elmo themed, since that was his 3rd word! i am thinking about getting new york cupcakes too...yummy! and even thinking of doing a prime rib on a rotesserie...we will see....i have a few weeks...wow..still can't believe my baby boy is going to be 1!!!
