boredom

this week has been such a bore, for all of us, we have been stuck inside all week with lovely colds. and to top everything off, both kids are going through a "no minding mom stage"...i swear once jade turned 3, something changed, she no longer wanted to do anything i said and decided she doesn't want to go to bed at night...ahhhh....as for cole, he must have thrown at least 20 tantrums today, so back and forth to time-out, but is that really helping, no....ahhh....i am trying to wean him down to 3 bottles a day, yes he is still on a bottle, and i am having the hardest time doing it. he screamed for 15 mins straight this morning wanting a second bottle. so much to my dismay i gived in, which then he had 4 more bottles throughout the day..ahhh...this is going to be a struggle. the binkie thing was a breeze, but i have my work cut out for the bottle weaning!
on a great note, we are joing the YMCA tomorrow! we called and got all the info and have decided to go forth! they have so many great programs including free day care (well included in your membership fee)!! and the best part is that i work (at starbucks) with one of the daycare workers! i am so excited! they also have a preschool program that i will check out. we will quit littlegym as YMCA has so many toddler programs that come with the membership! this will be fun for all!
well i am so glad it's friday, my parents will be arriving on saturday and i am hoping to get jade her first haircut! we found the perfect little place that specializes in kid cuts. i think it's the same place the twins got their first hair cuts- redmond town center - kaelee??
well it's 9pm, time to go read my depressing, but good book - a jodi piccoult one, she's a great author, but her books tend to be a bit sad....i don't know why i keep reading them, i guess they are better then my thriller ones that give me nightmares...ha ha!
