joe and i decided to lower our price once more on the townhome, now we are at our absolute lowest that we can sell at...so if no one offers at this, then i guess we will stay here. because of our lowering our price, now we are looking at cheaper homes then we had been looking at...so that's where we are a bit bummed...they are nice (a bit smaller then we would like) and look very promising on the internet, then when we do a drive-by...not so nice...the neighborhood that is...presently, we live 2 mins from downtown woodinville and it's such a lovely little town...everyone is so nice, all the houses are kept up...pretty nice area. also, very safe...some of the top schools in the state are minutes away from us...so to go from this kind of neighborhood to another is quite a big decision...so that is what we have been toying wiht...stay here, in this great area for another year or buy a house with a yard in a neighborhood that isn't quite like this...hmm...not too worried about making a decision hastily, cause we haven't had ONE offer yet!
other then that, life has been pretty busy...i am fully trained as a supervisor at starbucks, and although i am supposed to stay within 20 hours, i have been working a bit more...i sure do like it though. if you can believe we already starting to talk about holiday season...CRAZY!
let's see...kids...jade is fully potty-trained...such a big girl now! i love it! i feel like she is growing up so fast, each day something comes out new...i saw her reading the letters off the ritz cracker box the other day...saying each letter on the box! and cole..he is into EVERYTHING in this short 5 min of writing this i have had to get up 10 times and either remove him from behind the tv, or rescue him from a falling highchair...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...what is it with boys? i can't believe how much he is into - and his fascination with tv...that is a daily sore spot for us...he climbs over it, under it, behind it...anything...ahhhh. his vocabulary is getting so big too...he tells me when he goes poo-poo too...i think it's because of all the questioning i had been doing with jade...maybe he will be next soon? ha! just joking.
time to get dinner started for joe...fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy etc...nothing like a good ol' fattening meal!

Sorry to hear about the house situation. . .that is super frustrating! It is such a terrible time right now for trying to sell a house. We have one on our street that has been up for sale for over a year! Hopefully you will get some bites with the lower price and maybe you can find a gem in a great neighborhood and with a yard. Boys are quite a handful aren't they? and Congrats to Jade on the potty training!
Man, I am sorry you guys have to lower your price...Hopefully someone will make an offer soon....So awesome about Jade...What a big girl! Love hearing about Cole...Lila it quite the daredevil herself. those tow would make quite the pair! Ok, so your dinner sounded awesome....Yummy!
