exciting as in cole=puke 20 times in 6 hours, visit to dr., has stomach flu....erin=oh puke about 30 + times, joe= same as above....jade=thank to god, only once!!! what a weekend this has been. i will tell you, there was one point, between almost fainting and laying on the bathroom floor i was telling joe to call 911, i seriously thought all my insides were coming out! but one good thing (if there is one), the sickness was spaced out by a few hours for each of us and only did last about 8 hours for each person...very weird! finally, i think we are on the mend!
it all started thursday morning, our daily trip to the Y, walking to the car, cole pukes 3 times....he has never puked before and showed no flu symptoms, so it was very weird to me. weird to him too...he was wondering what the heck was going on....anyways, after lots of puking we rushed to the doc's....i won't go into too many details about the rest of the weekend, but let's just say it wasn't good. poor joe, cause this was the weekend we were going to celebrate father's day, since he will be laid up for the actual day. he has his knee surgery on thursday...thank goodness this flu bug hit us a week before!
i did sign the kids up for swimming lessons and jade is so excited for that. we have summer camp for her coming up and my marathon....my hard training week is this week, and boy oh boy, i don't feel like running tomorrow...monique and i are at mile 10 - ugh!
it's 8pm, kids just put to bed, and now i am going to head to bed with a brand new suspense novel...relax time!!!

Oh, I am so sorry to hear about all that "excitement" :) I don't think there is anything worse than puking, other than the whole rest of your family puking at the same time! Glad you are on the mend! Good luck with 10 miles! When is the marathon? Look forward to seeing you guys in a couple of weeks!
Oh man! I can't imagine the whole family puking in the same weekend. It especially stinks when Mom is sick! Hope it has passed for good!
