So after two weekends of no calls on the house, we decided to list it with the local windermere office. we had heard of a good agent, nicole bosko, and gave her a call. she came out sunday, did a walk through and told us what needed some help - our bedroom. tuesday she came over with a bunch of stuff and redecorated our room - can you believe it? how nice. yesterday, she and the professional photographer came and took pics, everything should be ready to go by saturday. i am so excited. the 303k two bedroom just sold, only on the market for less then two months, so that gives me hope. i have already found a house that i want to rent and a house that i want to buy...i am so excited, i can't help looking.
other then that nothing else really going on, other then seattle has been colder then siberia (no joke) and yesterday fairbanks, AK had a higher temp then we did...amazing...global warming for you. ugh...so dreary and ugly. jade has been waking up every morning at 5am, i have no idea why, so by 10am i feel like the day is half over! it makes our days pretty long. for example, it's 7am and already for cole's morning nap...ha - so early! he's still taking two naps, but i am assuming that is going to end pretty soon.

Wow, your weather sounds awful....I can not remember the last time the temp down here was under 90 degrees...I mean its 78 when I drive to the gym at 5.15am...Good luck with home sale....we are really excited for you guys....So you gonna rent or buy??? Sorry to hear Jade is waking up so early....Lila gets up at 5.00am and joins daddy in bed everyday....and Kiara is up around 6.15am or so everyday.....By Noon I am usually ready for a nap too!
I don't know what I would do if my kids woke up that early . . .if the kids get up before 8, I try everything to keep them busy somewhere else so I can still sleep :) Good luck on the house sale, hope it goes well! I hear you on the weather, we are SO over the snow and rain right now. Ready for a sun-shiny day.
