this weekend i had off...and we didn't do much of anything. saturday we were out of the house at 9am, dropped one of the cars off for an oil change (not at jiffy lube - i hate that place) and set off on foot with the babies. we just walked around woodinville...checked out the pet store...jade loved to look at the fishes...went to barnes and noble..played with thomas the train set and then headed home...andra and i hung out for awhile...without the kids..so that was nice. sunday didn't do much..the day just dragged on...went a few places with jade and that's about it...i made potato soup which was yummy! at 8pm i headed to starbucks for the holiday meeting...we taste tested the holiday drinks...eggnog latte, gingerbread latte...and the christmas blend coffee - which is soooo yummy...so smooth and great paired with cinnamon or pumpkin...all the xmas stuff is coming out on nov 8...lots of cute mechandise and gift packs..two great xmas cd's coming out too...two blends of coffee- the xmas blend and espesso regalo...which is new. anyways, the meeting went well...we hired a few more people to gear up...i guess it just gets crazy! i am leaving for ML on thurs for a week...i don't have to work much the next two weeks...i guess they are giving me a bit of a break since i have been working so much...that's nice...but i do like working there...i work tonight and then halloween - and i have to dress up...ugh...oh well...
