yesterday we went to cole's 12 mon dr appt. i can't express to you how much i love my dr...she is the best. she spent about an hour with us. she always plays with the kids when she first gets in there, makes them at ease...well she tries. cole hated the dr's...he cried the whole time...he got 3 shots this time...and of course he screamed like no tomorrow. he is growing perfectly, right on the same tract as he always has been. when we got home, we dyed easter eggs...jade loved it...it was so much fun. i have pics to post...we are going to finish up the eggs today with stickers...she probably dipped each egg 10 times in all the different colors, so they are more tye-dyed easter eggs.

Sounds like dying eggs was fun! That's awesome that you love your Dr. , it makes such a huge difference.
In terms of what I look for first in a house that I'm looking to buy . . .Probably outside, walkway, and entryway make the first and sometimes lasting impression for me. Because our house has so much crap still to fix, I make sure there are not little things we'd have to fix in the house we're looking at.

As for buying a house....Hmm, I know when I was looking at pics I had a hard time looking at houses where the owner had a ton of clutter and stuff....One of my biggest things was Kitchen Location and open floor plan....I know Shawn and I didn't choose some of the bigger houses because the kitchen was closed off from the rest of the house....I seriously do not think you guys will have any trouble selling.....your house is great....
